1. ACCEPTANCE OF AND CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY.

By utilizing the Site, you hereby consent and agree to be bound by both the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy, cease using the Site immediately. As Company continues to improve the services, products, and the features we provide via the Site, our Privacy Policy is subject to change. We value the relationship we have with our customers and are committed to responsible information-handling practices. The Company is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information and remaining transparent with what we do with that information. This Privacy Policy will discuss the collection and use such information. Personally identifiable information includes, but is not limited to, name, date of birth, E-mail, and postal address (mailing and billing), city, state, zip code, telephone numbers, cell phone numbers, gender, household income ranges, consumption habits, product usage, social media identifier, attitudes and preferences regarding our products and other personal information (collectively, "Personal Information"). This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies or persons that the Company does not control or employ.

3. THIS SITE IS ONLY FOR PERSONS OF LEGAL DRINKING AGE.

The Company maintains the Site for the use of individuals who are of legal purchase age of alcoholic beverages under applicable law, and you must be of legal purchase age where you reside to access this Site or to provide any information to us. We do not solicit or knowingly collect Personal Information from any individuals under such legal purchase age, and we do not knowingly market our products or services to persons under such legal purchase age. 4. INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT.

We collect certain Personal Information that you volunteer to us when you visit the Site, use Site services, or enter promotions or contests offered on the Site. This information includes, but is not limited to:

12.1. Where strictly necessary.

Without these cookies, services you have asked for, such as obtaining a quote or logging into your account, cannot be provided. These cookies do not gather information about you that could be used for marketing or remembering where you have been on the Internet.

12.2. Performance.

These cookies collect information about how visitors use a Site, for instance, which pages visitors go to most often, and if they get error messages from web pages. 13. WEB BEACONS.
